What is THCa?
THCa (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in raw hemp.
By itself, THCa is non-psychoactive — it only converts into Delta-9 THC when exposed to heat (a process called decarboxylation).
That means:
- THCa flower is legally considered hemp, not marijuana.
- When stored and sold in raw form, it remains federally compliant.
All of our THCa products are derived from industrial hemp grown in the USA and contain ≤ 0.3% total THC, as defined by the 2018 Farm Bill.
How Lab Testing Works (COAs)
Every batch we carry undergoes third-party lab testing to verify:
- Cannabinoid profile (Total THC, THCa, CBD, etc.)
- Purity and potency
- Absence of heavy metals, pesticides, or solvents
Each Certificate of Analysis (COA) is performed by an independent ISO-accredited lab and made public on our Lab Reports page.
