General Policy
Dank To Your Door ships hemp-derived THCa and related hemp products within the United States in compliance with the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act (“Farm Bill”). All of our products are derived from federally legal industrial hemp containing no more than 0.3% total THC on a dry weight basis. Orders are shipped discreetly from our fulfillment partners to qualifying states where hemp-derived products are legal.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally or to military addresses (APO/FPO) due to differing import and hemp regulations.
Restricted States
Due to ongoing changes in state laws, we are unable to ship THCa or certain hemp-derived products to the following states and jurisdictions at this time:
Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.
Orders placed from these states will be automatically canceled and refunded. This list may change as new state regulations are enacted. We continuously monitor hemp laws and update our shipping availability to ensure full compliance.
State-by-State Considerations
Some states may restrict certain product categories, such as vapes or edibles, even if hemp flower is legal. If applicable, such products will be blocked at checkout for customers in restricted jurisdictions. Customers are responsible for understanding and following their local laws before purchasing hemp products.
Age Verification
Dank To Your Door sells only to adults aged twenty-one (21) and over. Age verification is required at checkout and may also be required at the time of delivery depending on carrier requirements. Orders that fail age verification will not be processed or shipped.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through major carriers such as USPS and UPS with tracking provided by email once your order leaves our facility. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are packaged discreetly in tamper-evident, odor-proof materials with no visible product labeling. Each product includes legally required labeling, batch information, and a scannable QR code linking directly to its Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Compliance Notice
All Dank To Your Door products are derived from federally compliant hemp containing less than 0.3% total THC. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are over 21 years old and that hemp-derived products are legal for purchase and possession in your jurisdiction. Dank To Your Door assumes no responsibility for local or state law violations by customers.
