What Is THCa?
THCa (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in raw hemp flower.
While it can convert into Delta-9 THC when heated, our products remain compliant because they are sourced from hemp plants containing less than 0.3% total THC by dry weight, as defined by federal law.
In short: our THCa flower is legally hemp — not marijuana — under federal standards.
Federal Legal Framework
All of our products are federally legal under the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill), which defines hemp as:
“The plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.”
Our products meet this definition through verified third-party Certificates of Analysis (COAs), which confirm compliance prior to sale.

Every batch we sell is tested by an independent ISO-accredited laboratory for:
